The Ducks, and some of their fine achievements in amateur baseball

Some years ago we had a small group of guys loosely acquainted with each other who wanted to play as adults at the amateur level.  Most of us lived around the Stillwater / Lake Elmo area.  We were able to scramble and enter a team in the TCMABL in time for the 2001 season.

We started modestly, playing home games literally on a sandlot diamond.  Amateur baseball in Minnesota is a vibrant, competitive environment.  We got schooled in our early years but have gone about attempting to build a serious, institutionally excellent ballclub that will last here in the valley.

We value fun, camaraderie, quality baseball, and winning.

The Ducks thank all the folks who have supported and encouraged us over the years, including:  Chris Yarolimek and Matt Higgins at the Lake Elmo Leader, Melanie Sullivan and St. Croix Orthopaedic, Ricky Michel and Stillwater schools, Jon Garbacz, Jason Perry, and the other fine managers in the TCMABL.
